Aztec Asset Assured Ltd. was established in order to nurture the needs of a market that required a unique and bespoke service. This ensures the client can tweak the service requirements to minimize costs and maximise efficency.
Together with our Asset Management and Property Services, we also provide comprehensive VIP protection service, exclusively utilising a team of former Police Close Protection Officers and Military Personnel, all Close Protection (SIA) qualified who have worked on the same unit together for over a decade.

In 2007 Neil was appointed as the force coordinator for all VIP visits to the West Midlands, together with Public Military Events. Neil's role was the planning and logistical deployment of all staff, armed and non- armed, together with the co-ordination of external ancillary agencies involved in the visits. He has coordinated Government Election Campaigns and visits to the region, many with less than 24 hours notice. His remit also included, Royal and Foreign and Commonwealth visits and notably; The Heart speaks unto Heart visit of Pope Benedict XVI for which he was commended.
His contacts in the private sector within the West Midlands Conurbation and in London are therefore extensive. Between all this, Neil managed to squeeze in a 6 year Professional Rugby Career with Moseley and Coventry and played for the Barbarians. Neil still remains closely connected to the Police as the Director of Rugby and Head Coach of British Police Rugby since his retirement. A role that he also mirrors with Stourbridge RFC in National Division 2. Jamie followed Neil into Firearms Operations where Jamie served for 26 years. Jamie who has his own company "Wingmaster Services" became the Operations Consultant to Aztec once the company began to diversify. The skills he has gained over his time in the Military and Police enables him to ensure that the finer details of co-ordination and planning, remain at the forefront of clients requirements.
With a career cut short by an injury within the Royal Marines, Jamie continued with
Crown service by Joining West Midlands Police. After only five years on the beat the vast majority of his service was spent on the firearms operations unit. Throughout his firearms career he was qualified at National level as a Close Protection Officer, Rifle Officer (Sniper), Counter Terrorist Specialist Firearms Officer and National Police Firearms Instructor.
Jamie’s knowledge and experience in the Management of Operations enabled him to perform the role of Operational Firearms Commander, which involved the planning and management of Firearms teams at local and national level. The pinnacle off Jamie’s Police career came when he was approached to join fellow Police Firearms Instructors from around the Country, where he was involved in the training, planning and deployment of Police Counter Terrorism Firearms Hubs and UK Special Forces for the 2012 London Olympics.
Jamie was commended by the Commissioner of the Metropolitan Police; Cressida Dick for his role in Counter terrorism operations.
Since retiring from the Police and Jamie joining Aztec, he manages to balance work and home life and can be found at Stourbridge Rugby Club where he manages the 1XV team. Also, with a love for football and his roots from Nottingham he is an ardent supporter of Nottingham Forest and can boast Brian Clough as being his Ex-Boss as he was on their books as a player before choosing the stability of The Marines as a career.
