RETAIL RECOVERY
Since the closure of many High Street stores due to the Pandemic, we have extended our services now, to provide retail recovery for companies wishing to relocate their assets to either market online or store elsewhere to save on high commercial landlord charges. We were initially awarded the contract to clear all 64 Cath Kidston stores throughout the UK and Ireland and subsequently engaged with Office, Aldo, Daniel Wellington Monsson, Accessorise, Giuseppe Zanotti, William & Son (Mayfair) & Casadei.
In 2023 we extended our portfolio into Europe and now have the capability of working with international partners to replicate the services within the UK. Our Team have recently returned from Italy and Sicily having worked with Accessorise in ensuring the repatriation of stock from stores, throughout the length and breadth of the country.
Aztec also provide services to the hospitality industry. We recover bar stock, furniture and fixed assets and have worked with Gusto throughout the UK as well as Franco Manca, The Real Greek, Revolution and Revolution de Cuba. Our bespoke service ensures that we can react to our clients’ requirements quickly and efficiently and we only use trusted and vetted staff. We will safely pack, label, transport and store assets at our secure warehouse facility based in the West Midlands or transfer stock to other stores in the chain or distribution centres as required.
PROPERTY & INSOLVENCY
Our staff are engaged throughout the UK on various Administration portfolios. Once appointed, our services include 24hr security, cctv installation, property management & maintenance, site clearance, asset management and security, dealing with utilities and debt recovery. We also oversee property sales , facilitate access for insurance assessments and surveyors etc and viewings within the sales process. We can issue and manage ASTs on behalf of the client and collect rents where required. Our case load has included pubs, restaurants, hotels, offices, factories, domestic rental portfolios, student accommodations, manufacturing companies, listed buildings, land and retail outlets.
